Book: meet the FrugalWoods

Recently I read a new book (surprise surprise). This one originally intrigued me with its subtitle, “Achieving financial independence through simple living.” I mistakenly thought this was going to be about homesteading, and related projects. It was not. Despite my initial disappointment, it turned out to be a great read.

     This book was just what I needed. It gave me the right amount of pants kicking and positive encouragement I needed to get back into gear, not only with this blog, but with homesteading and financial goals too. Elizabeth tells her story about how anything is possible if you put the effort in and take advantage of the opportunities all around you.

I enjoyed it so much that I had to immediately check out their blog. I’ve only seen a small portion (it’s a rather big blog with TONS of info), but I’m excited to be diving right in!
