Blueberries and Celery

For the past 3 years, I've been hounding Caveman for some blueberry bushes. He told me the first time that they would get ruined by the neighbors. Sadly, he was probably right. We had some really nasty neighbors at the old house. Here, on the other hand, it was more about space. "Where would you put them?" Now that was the question.....
Iris' in front of the porch
Originally, I had wanted to plant in the front yard, along the porch, but was told that the porch needed to be ripped up. So I only planted iris' that my dad had given me figuring if they ripped out the porch and crushed the iris' I could just get some more. My dad has way more than he needs, and doesn't mind sharing. We've been here 3 years now, and I know when a project 'needs' to be done doesn't mean it will actually get done soon.
Blueberry stickling
So, after bugging Caveman again this year, he, well, caved! I have four new blueberry bushes up front. It probably helped that they were on sale this weekend; 2 for $10. I'm so excited! I think I have almost every type of berry, well, except elderberry, and cranberry and boysenberry, gooseberry... I was mistaken. But, we do have a lot; strawberries, blackberries, black and golden raspberries, mulberries, dewberries, and now blueberries. It makes me so happy to be growing fruit!
Oh, and I got my celery in the ground. I wasn't sure how well they would do, but it looks like they are loving it.
